Welcome to Beats Platform. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Beats Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. License Types

2.1 Basic License (MP3)

The Basic License grants you the following rights:

• Non-exclusive, worldwide rights to use the beat
• Use in music recordings for commercial or non-commercial purposes
• Distribution of up to 5,000 copies (physical and/or digital)
• Monetization on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
• One (1) music video
• MP3 format (high-quality)

NOT permitted:

• Reselling or re-licensing the beat to third parties
• Using the beat in TV commercials, films, or major advertising campaigns without upgrading
• Claiming ownership of the beat

2.2 Premium License (WAV)

The Premium License includes all Basic License rights, plus:

• WAV format (uncompressed, studio-quality)
• Distribution of up to 50,000 copies
• Unlimited music videos
• Use in TV shows, films, and video games
• Broadcasting rights (radio and internet radio)
• Priority email support

3. Beat Producer Credits

You must credit "Beats Platform" or the specific producer name provided in the download package in the following format:

Credits must be included in all public-facing materials, including but not limited to:

• Song titles on streaming platforms
• Video descriptions on YouTube and other platforms
• Album/EP credits
• Social media posts featuring the track

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a beat, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Pay all fees associated with your purchase
• Authorize us to charge your payment method

Prices are subject to change without notice. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider refund requests in the following cases:

• Technical issues preventing download (within 48 hours of purchase)
• Duplicate purchases made in error (within 24 hours)
• Severely defective product files

6. Intellectual Property

All beats, instrumentals, and related content on Beats Platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We or our licensors retain ownership of:

• The underlying musical composition
• The master recording
• All artwork and associated materials

Your license grants you specific usage rights, but does not transfer ownership of the beat itself.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our beats for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates laws or regulations
• Defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
• Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Misleading or fraudulent purposes
• Spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Impersonation of any person or entity

8. Content Removal

We reserve the right to refuse service and remove access to beats if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use violates these Terms of Service or applicable laws.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our beats and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beats Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beats Platform, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in whichBeats Platform operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
